BOCA Conference Details



Registration:
Please take the time to review your selections BEFORE paying. PayPal does not show ALL of the classes selected for registration due to space limitations. Therefore you will not have another chance to verify the workshops selected. Registration is not refundable. Class schedule subject to change.

All Registration ends May 22, 2007 at 11:59 PM. Faxes and mailed-in forms received after this date will be held for payment at on-site registration costs.

Once registered you will receive a confirmation letter showing all classes scheduled and the amount paid.

Children's Policy:
Children ages 10-17 are permitted to be registered participants in any class. Children's tickets must be purchased for attendance. Please click here!!. Children under the age of 10 will not be permitted into adult classes and should remain under adult supervision.

Parking:
Convenient parking is available for an hourly rate with a maximum charge that is currently $6.00 per day.

Package Receiving:
Shipping boxes? They must be addressed to the attention BOCA, and marked with your name and the date of your arrival. Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments not arrive any earlier than (2) days prior to your arrival. There will be a $10 per box fee for any boxes that must be stored after the BOCA conference has ended.

All reservations must be made by April 27, 2007 for discounted rate.
